This Payment and Refund Policy outlines the terms for all transactions made through Neu Blinds via our website nbRetailBlinds.com. We provide custom blinds and window covering products nationwide. 1. Payment Terms

We accept all major credit cards and secure online payments. All prices are listed in U.S. Dollars (USD). Full payment is required at the time of order. As our products are custom-made to client specifications, we do not offer delayed billing or financing at this time.

2. Custom Orders and Processing

All blinds and window treatments are made-to-order based on customer measurements, fabric selections, and design preferences. Please review your order carefully before submitting. Once production begins, changes may not be possible.

3. Cancellation Policy

• Orders may be canceled within 24 hours of purchase for a full refund, provided production has not started.
• If production has begun, cancellation may be subject to a materials and labor fee (typically 25–50% of the order value).
• To request a cancellation, email alayahmeza@nbretailblinds.com with your order number.

4. Refund and Return Policy

• Due to the custom nature of our products, we do not accept returns or provide refunds for reasons such as change of mind, incorrect measurements, or preference changes.
• If your order arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect due to our error, we will replace the item at no additional cost or issue a full refund.
• You must report any issues within 7 days of delivery. Include photos and a detailed description for prompt resolution.
• Approved refunds will be issued to the original payment method within 10 business days.

5. Warranty Coverage

All products come with a limited 1-year warranty against manufacturing defects. This does not cover damage due to misuse, improper installation, or unauthorized alterations. Warranty claims must be submitted via email with proof of purchase.

6. Dispute Resolution

We are committed to customer satisfaction and will attempt to resolve any concerns amicably. In the event of a legal dispute, the matter will be governed by the laws of the State of Iowa and handled by the courts located in Polk County, Iowa.
